Service Description

15U-18U | Incoming 9th-12th Grade Small group training. Technical training and coaching from our top level coaches. 45 minutes of skill work (hitting) and then combine work for the last part. Hand contact, high contact point, footwork, adjustments, ball manipulation, cut & swipe, learning different hitting plays, blocking, overall technical training.
