Kindergarten-Middle School ​

Our sessions will focus on skill development; Serving, Passing, Setting & Hitting. There will be hands-on court instruction from experienced coaches where athletes will learn; movement, balance, court awareness, muscle dynamics and communication. ​​

Preschool | 2-5 year olds ​

Introduce your little one to the fun of volleyball in a playful, age-appropriate way! Our Preschool Volleyball Youth Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 2–5, focusing on movement, coordination, and teamwork through exciting games and activities.

We use lighter balls, and creative drills to help children develop basic motor skills while learning the foundations of volleyball—passing, setting, and teamwork. Our coaches create a fun, welcoming space where our little athletes can play, learn, and grow. Kids stay active, make friends, and build confidence—while falling in love with the game!

​4TH-8TH GRADE 

6 vs 6 Tournament

4th-6th grade | 12 team limit

7th & 8th grade | 12 team limit incoming grade

Register with a team of 6-8 players + parent coach.

2-3 matches | Impact will provide the schedule Impact will provide up refs.

Each team will receive a team t-shirt.

3RD-7TH GRADE

Join Coach Al and Coach Jenna for a small-group workout. Each session is geared to elevate your game by working on; speed, agility, footwork, movement, throw, jump, physical strength, and eye sequencing.

Middle School & High School 

12U-18U | 6th-12th Grade 

Work on ALL skills setting, passing, hitting and serving. Our lead coach will give very technical training and feedback.

13U-18U | 7th-12th Grade 

Small group training. Technical training and coaching from our top level coaches. 45 minutes of skill work and then combine work for the last part.

Hitter Training | 

Hand contact, high contact point, footwork, adjustments, ball manipulation, cut & swipe, learning different hitting plays, blocking, overall technical training.

Setter Training | 

Body and hand positioning, jump setting, learning different plays, overall technical training.

DS/Libero Training | 

Tracking, non-linear, knee drive, overhead passing, body positioning, reaction time, anticipation, overall technical training.
