Service Description

13U & 14U | Incoming 7th & 8th Grade Small group training. Technical training and coaching from our top level coaches. 45 minutes of skill work (hitting) and then combine work for the last part. Tracking, non-linear, knee drive, overhead passing, body positioning, reaction time, anticipation, overall technical training.
