Team Registration: Form a team of 6–8 players and have ONE team leader register online.

Coaching & Practices Impact provides a coach for every weekly session. Each session includes:

• 20 min warm-up practice to build skills

• 20 min mid-session practice to focus on improvements

Game Play

• 2 matches per week (each match = 2 sets to 21, no tiebreakers)
